Titan FX Forex Broker Review
Without any further ado, let's get into the review! Overall I found Titan FX to have a quality setup, however the impression I have is that they are a relatively small brokerage, with a modest offering. That said, they run a tight ship, and their modest offering is of a high standard.
Titan FX’s live chat support is excellent and reliable. Time to time I use a live chat service with different brokers. So far Titan’s support is the most helpful with quick response and professional attitude. I was matched with a support agent immediately, and the agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to have my queries answered accurately, with no wait time at all!
With credit card your deposit will be reflected on your account immediately, and you are able to trade using that balance. It’s a simple process with no deposit fees, so I highly recommend using credit card. They offer 6 funding methods, including popular options such as credit card, Neteller, Bitwallet and STICPAY. Titan FX do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on any method. Titan offers the same methods for withdrawals, and the processing time for payments is extremely quick. Well done Titan FX!
Titan FX name their client portal the “Client Cabinet”. It’s a well designed area that makes it easy to deposit, withdraw or add a new account. There are no other resources available in the “Cabinet”; in comparison Fusion Markets offers traders an economic calendar, Technical analysis and more in the client portal. Titan FX could make improvements to their educational/trading support materials.
Trade environment & Offering
No requotes as they claim, but small slippage happens sometimes. Their major pairs’ spreads is stable during the Japan market time. I can say Titan’s trade system is reliable, with consistent spreads. They have a total of 57 currency pairs available, quite a small offering.
Although Titan is a relatively new broker, they’ve been popular in Japan for a long time. Their website contains detailed information about the service. When I asked for additional information, they were willing to provide information. With their reliable customer support, and stable trade environment I can say Titan is a trustworthy broker. They are regulated by the VFSC (Vanuatu), which poses the benefits of a regulated brokerage, whilst providing traders access to 500:1 leverage as previously mentioned.
Titan FX - Fees, Commissions and Spreads
Titan FX has overall decent pricing. Their commissions are $3.5 a side, and we have verified their EURUSD spread at a low of 0.1 thanks to TradeProofer. Titan FX claim that they offer spreads from 0.0 however we were unable to verify this. Titan FX have no hidden fees, and are completely transparent in their cost structure. In comparison to IC Markets who have a $3.5 commission as well, but offer lower spreads, Titan FX’s pricing is not market competitive. With IC Markets the $3.5 commission gets their clients access to a range of trader support products such as fundamental economic breakdowns and technical analysis tools, however Titan FX is considerably lacking in their support offerings, and as such these commissions are not justified in my opinion.
So far, my trade experience with Titan FX is great. No negative surprise found. Their trade system is stable, and the support is reliable. I do not however find their pricing competitive considering their offering.
